Add profiles

How to add profiles to your ToneDen admin account or team.

What are profiles? How are they different from accounts?

An account is represented by your email login. For instance, my account would be matt@website.com.

An account can be connected to multiple profiles. A profile might be called @matt-the-artist, or @matts-music-festival. Typically, each profile represents an artist, business, or brand you want to grow and manage using ToneDen.

A team can also be connected to multiple profiles. For more, see the help page for Create a team.

You can see all your profiles in your account dropdown menu, by hovering over your avatar and name in the top right corner of ToneDen. Add more accounts at any time by clicking the Add Account button, which appears at the bottom of that dropdown menu.

Next, you'll be prompted to name your new profile.

This new profile will not be under the same subscription plan as any other profile under your account. Each profile must maintain a separate subscription plan.

For instance, one profile could be under a Basic plan, and one could be on a Free plan, but both profiles are accessible to the same user.
