A step-by-step guide on creating a new ToneDen account.

How to Create a ToneDen Account

It takes less than a minute to create a new admin account on ToneDen. Once you've signed up, you'll be able to start growing and reaching the people that matter to your business.

You can get started with the account creation process on the signup page.

Step 1: Sign up

Enter your name, email, and password in the fields provided and click the Sign Up button.

Step 2: Choose your type of business (optional)

This will help us recommend the best marketing strategies that will fit your needs the best. Choose one of the following:

• Music: You're looking to grow your fanbase on multiple platforms, increase streams, and sell tickets or merch.

• Events: You're looking to drive more ticket sales or increase registrations.

• Agency: You're looking to improve team efficiency, revenue, and engagement across multiple brands and businesses.

If you're not sure what type of business best fits your needs, skip this step.

Step 3: Create your first profile

Enter the name of your profile and upload a custom avatar (optional).

Each profile will allow you to easily manage and track your marketing campaigns. You can always add more profiles in the future.

We recommend creating a separate ToneDen profile for each separate brand you are responsible for marketing.

You can customize your account name, username, and avatar by going to your settings and selecting the profile page here.

Step 4: Add your team (optional)

Invite others to create and manage campaigns across your profile.

Working alone? You can skip this step.

Step 5: Connect your Facebook personal profile

You'll need to sync at least one Facebook Profile to your ToneDen profile to run ads on Facebook and Instagram using ToneDen's tools.

Only one Facebook profile can sync to a ToneDen profile at a time.

Head to your ToneDen Advertising Settings. On the top box for "Personal Facebook Account", click "Connect"

After agreeing to these terms, ToneDen will then allow you to use all Pages & Ad Accounts assigned to this Facebook profile.

For teams with multiple users -- we recommend syncing the Facebook profile of whichever team member has access to all of your organizations associated pages and ad accounts.

Step 6: Connect Your Other Accounts

Connect your account with the websites you use everyday to easily access information and automate your workflow. You can connect your accounts by going to your Integrations settings here. Select Connect on the websites you wish to connect to ToneDen and log in to your account.
